Philanthropy & Service
Giving to others through service and philanthropy is very important to the SMU Panhellenic community. Each chapter member is expected to perform at least 3 hours of service to the community and each chapter is dedicated to philanthropic activities locally and globally. Our community also participates in fundraising for local schools to provide school supplies for children in need and financial assistance for victims of international crisis. We are always looking for new ways to better our community.

The Panhellenic philanthropy is Circle of Sisterhood, an organization that works to remove educational barriers for girls and women facing poverty
and oppression around the world. Each Spring, the junior delegates put together a fundraiser to raise money as well as educate the SMU community.
